Responsibilities: Accurately prepare, compound, and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist. Verify patient prescriptions and ensure adherence to dosages and protocols. Verify current medications against prescriptions to prevent errors, omissions, or duplications. Monitor and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste. Ensure proper storage conditions and rotate stock to prevent expiration. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Basic medicine management experience Must have Pharmacy Technician qualification Must be able to travel between team bases & across trust.
