Here are the top level details: Job Title: Pharmacy Technician Band 5/6 Location: Swindon Duration: Ongoing Schedule: Full-time; part-time will also be considered Start Date: July 2024 Rate of pay: £18 - £25 per hour A Day in the Life of a Pharmacy Technician As a Band 5/6 Locum Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in covering the dispensary and checking medications: Making necessary medication orders and stockage Supplying medicines to patients and assembling medicines for prescriptions Screening in the dispensary Checking medications and ensuring they are correct Requirements and Qualifications Required for This Role: Must be fully trained in Aseptic’s and have compounding experience Current and valid registration as a GPHC Pharmacist Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing high-quality patient care Working Hours and Contract Duration: This position is full-time Monday to Friday, with the potential for part-time if needed.
