As a Pharmacy Technician with us, you'll play a pivotal role in being responsible for ensuring the centre runs a safe, efficient and accurate dispensing service including oral chemotherapy. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact and develop your career. What You'll Do:

Provide a safe delivery of oncology services within GenesisCare by working together with Pharmacists and lead Pharmacist. Perform medicine reconciliation and top-up service. Procure, receipt, top up and distribute medicines to all areas of the Centre in conjunction with the pharmacy team. Provide a dispensing service for medicines that may be required. Ensure accurate and timely charging. Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory, professional and best practice frameworks. Be a proactive member of the Centre’s pharmacy team. What You'll Have:

Experience and skills:

Knowledge and use of Dispensing system. Stock management, ordering and stocktake. Computer skills and use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good organisational and planning skills - able to plan and organise straightforward tasks and programmes and ensure effective control of pharmaceutical stock. Attention to detail – ensure accurate recording of data. Strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications and Knowledge:

Must be registered on the General Pharmaceutical Council register. Knowledge of General Pharmaceutical Council Codes of Professional Conduct, Ethics and Performance and their implications for practice. Recent experience of dispensing medicines and experience of medicine management in a hospital setting (desirable). Basic clinical knowledge. Other requirements for this role:
