We are looking for a pharmacy technician to join our dedicated General Practice Team. The time can be worked from our site at Bakewell or Tideswell, there is also some scope for some home working (there is a requirement for days in practice also).
The role is supported by 2 GP Partners, a Business Manager, and a Dispensary Manager. We are aligned to Derbyshire Dales PCN who also have a pharmacist for support.
Main duties of the job
The role will consist of supporting our administration and GP teams processing hospital discharges. The role will also support our dispensing teams with queries for medications and any changes required. Job responsibilities
Answering queries from dispensaries - supported by the dispensary manager. Assisting the dispensary manager with any changes to be implemented. Supporting the GPs with queries. There is scope in the future to operate INR clinics and Hypertension clinics should that be something the post holder wishes to pursue. Person Specification
