Salary:

£25,000 - £31,000 per annum + NHS pension + 5 weeks annual leave (Bank holidays excluded)

Location:

Northolt area, West London

The surgery:

Passionate, forward-thinking, and patient-focused practice with a very manageable patient list size. Training Practice - including training Physician Associates, huge advocates for further development and career progression. Regular regional meetings and clinical meetings to discuss interesting cases and continue to learn. Proactive approach to patient care. Based in a large, modern Health Centre with a range of Healthcare services. Multi-disciplinary clinical team - ANPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, etc.

Your role:

Full-time or part-time available (minimum 3 days per week). Support the role of the Clinical Pharmacist at GP practice level on the delivery of the Clinical Pharmacy in General Practice model. Initially assisting with a backlog of patient reviews. Longer-term, assist with audits, medicine management, and medicine quality. Mixture of telephone and face-to-face appointments. Work closely with other Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists. Deliver quality patient care.
