Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to assist in the preparation, dispensing, and management of medication. Your role will be integral in ensuring patients receive the best possible care while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately dispense prescribed medications to patients.
Maintain and update pharmaceutical inventory records.
Provide support to pharmacists in reviewing and processing prescriptions.
Offer clear guidance and advice to patients regarding their medication.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Support the development and implementation of pharmacy policies.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician.
Proven experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
