The post holder will work as a member of the Phlebotomist Team, taking blood samples from patients using standard techniques approved by the practice. At all times, the post holder must act in a manner consistent with behaviours and appearance representative of Bay Medical Group and the NHS. To work in accordance with agreed protocols to deliver care orientated services within the practice, and unless specifically authorised to do so the post holder will not enlarge or expand the content of the protocol.
