Working Hours + Salary
* Permanent * 37.5 Hours Per Week * Monday - Friday * 8:30 AM - 5 PM * 28k-34k Per Annum DOE
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, repair, and install various types of photocopier equipment, including network connectivity in line with Mandatory Call Procedure. * Cultivate and maintain professional relationships, ensuring effective communication with all departments. * Handle service issues courteously and informatively, providing detailed fault reports, outcomes, and actions taken to the relevant personnel. * Uphold the highest standards in maintaining and managing customer equipment and devices. * Manage car stock as needed. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of and adherence to health and safety protocols related to machine repairs. * Provide assistance in workshop and warehouse activities as required. * Exercise initiative in identifying opportunities for system, practice, and procedure improvements.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in working on a client's network, with troubleshooting experience for print, scan, and other utilities. * Full UK Driving License is essential. * Confident and customer-focused demeanour. * KIP Qualified/Trained. * Experience in Epsom, Konica and Samsung devices desirable but not essential. * MUST be Xerox experienced.
