Are you an animal lover with a passion for photography? Would you welcome an opportunity to use your hobby to help pets in need? Or are you an amateur photographer looking to build up a CV or portfolio? You will have the opportunity to use your skills and gain practical experience and will be helping our busy teams to get the essential photos they need to help more pets in need. What you will be doing
Taking photographs and/or videos of our pets Ensuring the photographs capture the pet exhibiting natural behaviour to promote the pets as well as possible to potential new homes Photographing people attending or taking part in Blue Cross events Uploading photographs/videos to send to the team The skills you need
Experience and use of using a digital camera To be computer literate to be able to download and manipulate your photos to enable team members to access it quickly Have experience of and be able to use some digital editing software Empathy with the aims of Blue Cross and a desire to help animals For an animal photography role, an interest in animal photography and a good understanding of animal body language or willingness to be trained Willingness to learn and follow Blue Cross procedures What's in it for you
