The opportunity available is for an experienced and results-driven Photographer to work with the Photography Team at our Studio at HQ to elevate the department, setting the standard and working with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for being able to identify and solve problems, adding value to the business and making a huge impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing high quality imagery; on mannequin, model and still life. Ensure all Frasers group image guidelines are met. Maintaining KPI targets. Organising your own personal daily workloads and deadlines. Be mindful of the effects we can all have to maximise the commercial success of the studio and the wider business. Maintaining good levels of care for camera equipment and work in a safe professional manner. Good Capture One skills. Good Adobe CC knowledge. Use departmental tools to log work produced. Keeping studios clean and a nice environment to be in, for the team and wider business. Pre-retouching of imagery through tethered capture in preparation to be handed over to retouching teams. Examples: colour correction & presets. Answering phones and liaising with wider teams. Undertaking minor admin tasks, to the requirements of the studio. Shooting and assisting on Frasers Group creative shoots. Event photography coverage. Working and travelling across all Frasers Group offices or external shoot locations when required. On set photography assisting and data tech assisting across photoshoots.

Minimum Requirements:

A good knowledge of Photography and Lighting techniques. Knowledge of the retouching processes. Knowledge of Camera systems, DSLR Mirrorless etc. A good knowledge of Capture One and its tools. Good collaboration skills. Excellent communication skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Managing raw files and adjustments through RAW processing software. Assigning imagery to Frasers Group coding and KPI to ensure efficient reporting across workflow. Supporting studio workflow teams to ensure efficiency and KPI's across the studio.
