Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Maintain and update relevant equipment and studios, including the ordering of resources. Support and facilitate lecturers teaching photography-based subject matters. Support and facilitate exhibitions and the wider school of art where appropriate. Safeguard students through the monitoring and updating of risk assessments and observation of policies. Collaborate with other technicians and teachers to ensure skills are shared and kept up to date in line with industry change. Beneficial Skills & Qualifications: Educated to Degree or higher in a creative based subject. Photography and film methodology and process skills (both digital and analogue methods). Open minded, experimental and collaborative approach to creative work. Ideally some professional experience in a relevant industry role. Ideally some skills and interest in broader media subjects.
