About Us The SENSS Physical Disabilities Team provides a range of support and guidance to schools in Oxfordshire with the aim of improving outcomes for children who have a physical disability. About the Role We are seeking a skilled educational practitioner, who is passionate about working with children in the Early Years who have special educational needs and disabilities. About You As well as your passion for Early Years, you will have a calm and supportive manner and a positive and solution-focused mindset. You will also have experience of working with children with SEN and disabilities and want to make a positive difference to learning outcomes and inclusion for these children. You hold GCSE Maths and English grade A* to C (or equivalent) or have equivalent professional experience, and have good spoken and written English language skills. Ideally, you will hold a qualification in working with children with physical disability, Early Years and or child development. You will be able to communicate sensitively and appropriately with children, parents/carers, and colleagues. You can work positively as part of a team and feel confident to work alone following the guidance of Specialist Teachers. You will have experience of working in an educational setting.
