We are looking for a team member who is passionate about their abilities and supporting our community. This area is designated for the Raymond/South Bend to Aberdeen areas.
Home Health provides the ability to spend one-on-one time with your patients and build rewarding relationships with your patients, caregivers, and peers.

Mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate
Current CPR/BLS certification
