As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain mobility and confidence through compassionate care. Schedule & Compensation: Full-time:

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM; manage 4-5 patients per day, earning $110k-$120k/year. Part-time:

10 hours/week; $80-$100/hour. Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessment:

Conduct thorough evaluations to understand impairments, determine rehabilitation potential, and monitor progress. Effectively communicate findings with the care team and counsel patients and their families. Customized Treatment Plans:

Design and implement individualized therapy plans, incorporating functional mobility training, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices. Conduct progressive tests to assess patient improvement. Team Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and train staff to uphold departmental standards. Ensure proper scheduling to meet patient care needs. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid NJ State Physical Therapist license. 2+ years of clinical experience (new graduates are welcome!).
