Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience in teaching Physics at the secondary level. Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum. Strong organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
