PSM is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment with a cultural and social mix of individuals who are welcomed and treated equally regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, genetics, disability, or age.
This is an exciting position for a passionate and ambitious Physiotherapist with aspirations to take on a leadership role, developing management experience whilst maintaining their own clinical commitment.
This would suit an experienced clinician working in private practice or a candidate working at Band 7 level or above. Previous management experience would be advantageous, as would an established network in the private sector.
Our Raynes Park clinic is located next door to the recently refurbished David Lloyd club, offering the successful candidate a unique opportunity to continue to build on close working links we have with the club and its members.
As with all our clinics, Raynes Park has a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, working together to ensure patients receive optimal treatment and excellence in outcomes. There are multiple clinic rooms and a clinic rehabilitation space on site with access to the David Lloyd gym space for client rehabilitation as required.
Your working week would be structured with a mix of clinical and management time with an understanding that sometimes this needs to be flexible. Key responsibilities include:
Delivery of clinical excellence, ensuring this is maintained across the team
Organisation of the clinical team availability against expected forecast
Assisting in the recruitment of new clinicians in line with the return of footfall to the City
Monitoring performance across the team and reacting accordingly
Implementing service development and strategy
Working closely with the Clinic Operations team to ensure effective day-to-day management of the clinic and the staff within
Continual Professional Development
Our clinicians are supported with regular CPD and mentoring to ensure ongoing development. You will receive time and budget towards external CPD courses and/or postgraduate study. Continuous opportunities exist to learn from colleagues and contribute to the sharing of knowledge.
Remuneration will include:
Competitive base salary plus a variable component that links to diary utilisation
Annual review with the scope for structured progression
Private medical insurance
CPD budget and 5 days CPD leave
Annual leave and paid sick leave
Pension
+ more
