Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Physiotherapist to join our Primary Care MSK services. The role involves assessing patients' physical conditions, creating tailored treatment plans, and guiding them through their rehabilitation process. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will play a key part in helping patients regain their mobility and function, improving their quality of life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with the NHS, utilizing advanced technology such as Physitrack for treatment plans and exercises. Main Duties of the Job

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including those with complex musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments. Use a variety of therapeutic techniques to improve patients' mobility, function, and well-being. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, exercises, and ongoing self-care strategies. Document patient progress accurately and maintain records in compliance with medical protocols (familiarity with EMIS is beneficial). Collaborate with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Run exercise classes tailored to group rehabilitation and promote long-term health. Stay informed on the latest advancements in physiotherapy and continually develop your skills. About Us

Qualifications

Degree in Physiotherapy (HCPC registered). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MSK conditions. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Basic IT skills, including familiarity with MS Office and the ability to manage patient data. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience in a hospital or primary care setting. Familiarity with Physitrack and EMIS systems. Previous experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy is a plus, but we are open to newly qualified candidates with a passion for MSK. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
