Job Summary: Kingston and Richmond Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care. This role involves assessing, planning, and implementing treatment programs to improve patients' physical function and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with Trust policies and procedures. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences. Provide clinical supervision and support to junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures. Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practice. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Proven experience as a physiotherapist within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting. Must have 6 months NHS experience within the last 3 years. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of a wide range of physiotherapy techniques and interventions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
