What the role involves
- Delivering comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and personalised treatment plans.
- Supporting residents to maximise mobility, independence and physical potential through rehabilitation and enablement programmes.
- Provide direct physiotherapy interventions and ongoing clinical support.
- Provide clinical oversight and governance for physiotherapy, mobility and rehabilitation services.
- Leading on falls prevention strategies, audits and outcome monitoring.
- Supporting incident reviews and contribute to investigations where required.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working with older adults and complex rehabilitation needs.
- Experience within community rehabilitation, community hospitals, falls prevention, frailty, elderly care or rehabilitation settings.
- Experience supporting, educating or mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop physiotherapy services within the home.
Confirmed role details
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
