Physiotherapist responsible for the physiotherapy management of patients with a variety of conditions within the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Work area/specialty will be in accordance with individual skills, knowledge and experience to support service needs. To assess and manage own caseload of patients, determine clinical diagnosis and treatment indicated, and maintain own records as a legally autonomous practitioner. Patients may present with a range of complex needs, such as multi-trauma, multi-pathology, altered perception and communication difficulties. To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service, all staff are expected to act as a role model to others in all aspects of their work and consistently demonstrate NNUHs PRIDE values of People focused, Respect, Dedication, Integrity and Excellence and demonstrate behaviours that support and encourage an inclusive culture.
