Responsibilities: Assessing patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities to determine immediate needs. Identifying risks, such as falls or musculoskeletal issues, and taking steps to mitigate them. Developing tailored care plans to address patients' urgent needs and promote recovery. Assessing needs and arranging for mobility aids (e.g., walking aids, hoists) or other assistive devices. Acting promptly to stabilize patients experiencing functional or mobility crises. Qualifications and Requirements: Fully enhanced valid DBS Must have Physiotherapy degree. 6 months post-qualification experience is essential.
