Permanent ECL are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our North Essex Team to provide physiotherapy support on a one-to-one basis to our Reablement customers. The role will be required to work across the Region and will be carried out in a combination of settings including, but not limited to, customer’s homes, the local community and ECL buildings and other business regions. , you need:

To have a full driving licence and access to a car A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy Valid HCPC registration Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Previous experience of working in a community-based role Evidence of ongoing professional development Ability to prioritise workload under pressure and work to tight deadlines Comprehensive understanding of the Mental Capacity Act Experience in working with each of the following specialist areas: Orthopaedics; Medicine; Respiratory; Stroke/Neurology; and older people Experience of working with Stroke patients, patients with dementing illness, patients with complex needs, and patients with severe physical limitations to mobility Proven experience in participation in complex discharge planning Understanding of clinical governance and its implications for services including experience of quality issues and audit To be friendly, approachable, supportive and adaptable to change What we can offer you as
