Enjoy the convenience of free parking while working at our Leatherhead centre. Main Duties: You will manage your own caseload, ensuring that every client receives personalised, high-quality care. Work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, contributing to the planning, development, and delivery of effective neuro-rehabilitation services. Conduct comprehensive assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and set both short- and long-term goals for each client’s rehabilitation. Help integrate and monitor treatment programmes in clients' environments, whether it’s therapy support workers or care staff delivering the care. Participate in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest therapeutic techniques. Supervise and guide therapy support workers, ensuring excellence across the team. Offer your specialist knowledge in manual handling, wheelchair seating assessments, and casting/splinting when appropriate, working closely with the Occupational Therapy department. Requirements of the Physiotherapist: You hold a degree or diploma in Physiotherapy, with up-to-date
HCPC
registration. You bring post-graduate experience in neuro-rehabilitation or working with clients who have physical or learning disabilities. Knowledge of dysphagia and communication/voice management is a plus.
