Our Junior Rotational Programme is versatile and varied, with 6 monthly rotations in a wide range of settings, including acute experience at Northampton General Hospital and Kettering General Hospital, ICT, MSK, Community and Paediatrics. We allocate regular designated supervision, developmental support, and in-service training. In addition to this, we offer band 5 specific training programmes. We ensure that you are fully supported to achieve your aspirations and developmental goals, giving you the best experience at the start of your career. The rotations are diverse across the county; however, we are flexible in terms of base and choice and take an individualistic approach to all our staff.
The rotations include: Beechwood - General Rehabilitation (Isebrook Hospital) Stroke & Elderly Rehabilitation (Isebrook Hospital) Palliative Care & General Rehabilitation (Daventry) Paediatrics (Outpatients/Inpatients St Mary’s Hospital & Kettering General Hospital, Kettering) Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation (Multiple Countywide Outpatient Bases) Intermediate Care Team (ICT) (North & West Northamptonshire) Northampton General Hospital (acute inpatient rotation) Kettering General Hospital (acute inpatient rotation)
The successful applicants will be flexible and adaptable, being able to respond to need at short notice if required. You will be an excellent communicator, enthusiastic, and ready to learn and develop both your clinical and leadership skills and attributes.
To be considered for this role you must: Have relevant experience (including as a student) Have HCPC registration & relevant degree/qualification in Physiotherapy
