Fixed term temp full-time & part-time positions The Physiotherapy team in the Emergency Department will provide high-level Physiotherapy assessment, case management, consultancy, and intervention to all areas of the Emergency Department, working in a secondary contact role for patients, including participation across a seven-day roster system. The focus of the Emergency Department is on timely care and risk identification, and to facilitate optimal patient outcomes and efficient patient flow (internal and external to the hospital). Key Responsibilities include : Deliver independent high-level physiotherapy clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence. Provide high-level clinical advice, education, and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery. Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced practitioners and students as delegated. Remuneration value up to $13113 p.m., comprising salary between $4912.70 - $5286.40 p.f. (f / t) or salary rates : $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. (p / t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed term temporary full or part-time positions available for 12 months, hours negotiable).
