LTHT is a regional centre for multiple specialist areas of medicine and surgery as well as being a major trauma centre for the region. The Physiotherapy team for adults is broadly divided into Musculoskeletal, Neurosciences, Specialty Medicine and Respiratory/Critical care. Successful candidates joining the trust will be provided with 6-month rotational opportunities within these core areas. Main duties of the job
Physiotherapists in the trust are provided with and encouraged to explore CPD opportunities for development in clinical, teaching and leadership skills through a comprehensive in-service training program and relevant clinical supervision. At LTHT there are also frequent opportunities to participate in active research or audit. Please note that the rotations encompass Leeds General Infirmary, St James University Hospital, Chapel Allerton Hospital and Seacroft Hospital. New sites of working may be added in the future.
