This is an opportunity to join a small but specialist team and work in a highly rewarding job that is both ward and community-based. Qualifications
GCSE English or Maths (minimum Grade C) or equivalent NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent First aid certificate Skills
Good command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written Able to demonstrate ability to complete aspects of training as identified as necessary IT skills - for example, able to use word to communicate information, excel basic functions and email communication Able to maintain patient records recording own activities Able to report on a patient's progress Able to report on a patient's progress and make changes as agreed on the plan Experience
