Liaising with staff members and other professionals you will also monitor, check, and carry out audits to ensure the aids, adaptations, and equipment used meet health and safety guidelines. You will advocate for the people we support when attending clinics alongside them and you will lead and encourage the support workers to understand their role during physio sessions and promote their learning and understanding to ensure the people we support live as independently as possible. With previous experience of working in a similar capacity and working with service users with learning disabilities, you will have a working knowledge of the current legislation, hold a relevant qualification, and have a full UK driving licence.
