Assisting with case preparation, including reviewing medical records, accident documents, and other relevant documentation. Drafting witness statements, schedules, and other legal documents. Obtaining and reviewing evidence from clients and lay witnesses. Liaising with Counsel, Experts, Case Managers, and Therapists. Conducting legal research. Supporting the team in achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. Promoting the firm and the Neurotrauma team through networking and business development activities. Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months experience in Claimant Personal Injury litigation (ideally in Neurotrauma but not essential). Strong organisational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for detail and accuracy. A proactive and solution-oriented approach. Benefits:
