This is the perfect role for someone with the right experience looking to take the next step in their career. As an RTA Solicitor/FILEX, you will work alongside a highly experienced team, handling a range of cases across Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers Liability (EL), and Public Liability (PL), with exposure to both fast track and multi-track matters.

Key Requirements: 2+ years PQE in Claimant Personal Injury work, with experience in RTA, EL, and PL cases. Proven track record of managing a litigated caseload from start to finish, with particular experience handling fast track matters and exposure to multi-track work. Strong experience in liaising with courts, barristers, and experts as well as instructing counsel and managing case preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and service providers. Sales skills to persuade prospective clients and demonstrate the benefits of instructing the firm. Exceptional case valuation skills, ensuring cases are valued accurately and effectively. High level of organisation, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work independently, managing files efficiently. A commercial attitude, demonstrating sound financial management of files and caseloads. Strong IT skills, with the ability to use case management systems effectively.
