As General Assistant you will support all operational departments within the hotel, including Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Front Office, providing guests with first class service and helping the hotel work together as one team. You are a flexible and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion – to create memories that our guests will remember. If you are an excellent team player and problem solver this role will help you develop these skills further. What we’re looking for: You have proven experience in a similar role. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.
