As a Pilates instructor at David Lloyd Clubs, you will have creative freedom to create a well-balanced Pilates workout while ensuring you incorporate the basic Pilates principles. Our expectations are that classes must be safe, well attended, and professionally taught, and that our members always leave your class having had an amazing experience. So what qualifications, skills and experience do I need? Hold a minimum of a Level 3 Pilates Mat Instructor or a Reformer qualification. Value continued education and mentorship to stay up to date with the latest research and trends. Be passionate about bringing elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates to your classes. Understand the importance of and always operate a safe class. Have effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate! Able to adapt a class to accommodate a wide range of ages and abilities, recognizing Every-BODY is different and unique. Good timekeeping, trustworthy, reliable, friendly, and professional.
