Role Description Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off 06:00-18:00 Provide technical support to the production teams, ensuring current product quality & safety standards are maintained and enhanced where appropriate. Working with the Production Management team to build relationships, develop trust and promote a quality first culture, enabling the effective and sustainable transfer of Quality responsibilities to the site through a programme of education and training. Ensure the Production Stream is working in line with the requirements of OPEX MS and acting upon the non-conformances raised by the Central Group Audit. Develop technical excellence at all levels within operations through a programme of training, coaching, and mentoring to enable sustainable high performance against Quality standards. Ensure operational team has strong technical knowledge on GMP, Allergen Control, and Quality system procedures. Build trust through effective leadership and the skilled application of people management processes and open 2-way communications.

Key Responsibilities Develop technical excellence at all levels within the production stream to enable high performance against food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Provide support to CI and PPS to get to root cause analysis. Provide necessary training, coaching, and support to enable the production stream to undertake routine factory-based food safety/quality standards inspections. Support the production stream to help identify performance gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities, and communicate internally using visual management standards in the production stream and externally to the site management team. Be a values champion for the technical team and drive engagement survey actions. Skills and Experience You will be results-focused with the ability to influence others. Excellent communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and proficient user of MS Office.

Working knowledge of BRC and industry regulations. Extensive experience and knowledge of food safety and quality management systems. Experience in leading audits. Proven track record in leading others. HACCP level 4 desirable.
