Overview A well-established and growing M&E Contractor based in London is looking for a Site-Based Mechanical Project Manager to join their project delivery team. They work broadly within the commercial and residential sectors on projects up to around £4m. This role is for a long-term position based in Surrey. It is a residential project, so the ideal candidate will need to demonstrate experience delivering similar projects within the South East. They offer excellent opportunities to develop within the business and work for a range of blue-chip clients. This is a long-term role with further projects to move onto, though they are open to both a permanent role or a long-term contract role directly paid by the client. Roles and Responsibilities Run projects from through to completion Deliver projects on time and on budget up to the value of £4m Attend meetings with clients and senior management Manage Health & Safety Manage the commercial side of the project Site-Based Person Specification Mechanical Building Services Background Residential Project experience Current Project Manager experience Commercially minded Excellent communication Ambitious and open for development
