facility. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. What You’ll Be Doing Safety First:
Uphold the highest safety standards in line with company policies. Precision Work:
Read and interpret technical drawings to execute projects to perfection. Welding Expertise:
Use MIG or TIG welding techniques to deliver top-tier results. Fabrication Tools:
Operate state-of-the-art fabrication equipment to shape materials with precision. Quality Control:
Inspect your work to ensure it meets both company and industry standards. Equipment Maintenance:
Keep welding tools and equipment in prime condition with routine checks. Team Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with the team to meet production targets and deadlines. Process Improvement:
Contribute innovative ideas to improve welding techniques and product quality. Keep It Tidy:
Maintain an organized and clean workspace for optimal safety and efficiency. What You Need To Succeed Qualifications: City & Guilds or N/SVQ Level 3 in a relevant field. Experience: Proven expertise in steel fabrication and welding techniques (MIG/TIG). Knowledge: Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication methods. Safety & Quality: A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring quality in every project.
