Elevation Recruitments Skilled Shop Floor Team are proud to be working in partnership with a leading fabrication business based in Rotherham.
Our client is a growing provider of specialist products, systems and services to the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Process Industries.
The successful candidate must be able to work based in the fabrication shop and nationwide as required to suit business needs.
Pipefitter
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
Rate:
£16.00-£18.00 per hour
Overtime: time and a half after 37.5hours
Overview of the role of a Pipefitter:
- Read and understand technical design drawing specification.
- Work with stainless and carbon steel
- Working up to 16 inches
- Product mechanical assembly to drawings specification.
- Safe use of fabrication & power / hand equipment (to include grinder)
- Adherence / control / completion of fabrication documentation to CE standard.
- Correct use of All PPE
- Ability to consistently fabricate whilst conforming to all hot work safety regulations
Skills & Experience:
Certified Pipefitter
- Rigging / Slinging at advantage
- Forklift licence / Experience
- Confined spaces
- RPE / BA / Experience
- Must hold a current driving license
