We are currently seeking a skilled
PipelayAnalysis Engineer
to join our client based in Kingston. This role will support the Offshore Business Unit with advanced structural analyses, numerical simulations, and the development of cutting-edge methodologies for subsea field development and sealine systems. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Installation Analysis:
Contribute to the design, installation, and support of pipeline, umbilical, and flexible systems.
Advanced Structural Analysis:
Perform advanced and non-conventional analyses, ensuring quality and timely delivery of tasks.
Project Leadership:
Serve as Project Specialist (PS) or Project Specialist Leader (PSL) for structural and sealine studies during design engineering activities.
Client Interaction:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients, delivering comprehensive industry-standard technical reports.
Department Support: Update and improve tools for pipeline structural integrity prediction.
Write and maintain working instructions, quality systems, and standard procedures.
Implement lessons learned and validate software to ensure consistent excellence.
Qualifications and Experience: Education:
Degree in civil, structural, mechanical, or aeronautical engineering.
Experience:
Previous experience in pipelay engineering and a strong understanding of installation and constructability aspects for pipelines, umbilicals, and flexible systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in OrcaFlex software for pipeline analysis.
