In 2021, the company created its first original IP, 'Brightpaw', which Rogue Games published on PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One/Series S/X, Google, and iOS. The studio is currently working on the much-anticipated

silly, physics-based, sandbox farming game, 'Southfield'. Since its beginnings in 2017, the company has grown to over 60 incredibly talented, collaborative, and creative individuals. Your Mission

Design and implement solutions that provide both production and runtime requirements. Integrate new technologies into the pipeline. Collaborate with developers in surrounding disciplines to build and maintain long-lived, architecturally sound graphics and animation pipeline components. Provide support and training to co-developers and users. Document workflows and advocate best practices. Ideal Applicant

Robust programming skills in C++ Experience working with other languages (Python, C#, AngelScript, etc.) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience developing processing tools (ex: geometry, animation, textures) Solid math background Strong troubleshooting skills Self-sufficient, with strong time management skills Interest/experience in service-based architectures Solid understanding of contemporary graphics capabilities and processes Familiarity with Qt Experience developing plugins for various DCCs (Houdini, Maya, etc.) Experience with various formats: FBX, USD, Alembic, Proprietary Experience working on MMO or GaaS Perforce experience Additional Information

We will require all applicants to live in the UK and have a pre-existing right to work in the UK. The role will initially be a 12-month contract with the potential to extend after this.
