Piping & Hydraulics Design Engineer , you will play a crucial role in designing and developing stainless steel piping systems and hydraulic solutions for our client's cutting-edge liquid cooling applications. By leveraging your expertise from industries such as pharmaceuticals, distilleries, or dairy, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, reliability, and efficiency in these systems, ultimately supporting the growth of critical infrastructure solutions worldwide. Develop detailed designs for stainless steel piping systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications Oversee the fabrication process, ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards Apply hydraulic principles to optimize system performance, including flow dynamics and pressure management Translate best practices from the pharmaceutical, distillery, or dairy industries to meet the unique demands of liquid cooling systems Conduct rigorous testing of piping systems and hydraulic solutions to ensure reliability and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and project management, to deliver integrated solutions Incorporate environmentally friendly practices and designs that align with sustainability goals Address technical challenges with innovative solutions, ensuring projects remain on track and meet customer needs Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in stainless steel piping design and fabrication, with expertise in hydraulic systems Experience in the pharmaceutical, distillery, or dairy industries is highly desirable Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and hydraulic design tools Strong understanding of stainless steel fabrication processes, welding techniques, and fluid dynamics Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring precision in designs and fabrication processes Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams If you're ready to take on this exciting challenge and contribute to the development of advanced liquid cooling systems, please apply directly to this advert with an updated CV.
