Permanent About the role As Deputy General Manager, you'll be second-in-command at our vibrant pizzeria, helping to lead with energy and enthusiasm. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to drive the business forward, from managing profit and loss to seizing sales opportunities. Your role includes recruiting, training, and coaching a dynamic team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. With ongoing support and development programmes, you’ll refine your leadership skills and take your career to the next level. Key responsibilities Support the General Manager in all management duties. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and food across the restaurant. Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve success. Ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional dining experience. What we’re looking for Leadership skills:

Proven ability to inspire and guide a team. Financial acumen:

Experience with P&L management, budgeting, or financial analysis. Customer service excellence:
