Managing trades such as Joiners, Bricklayers, Plumbers, Plasterers to carry out repairs/maintenance in tenanted properties. Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines. Reporting progress to senior management. Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards. Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors. Maintaining quality control checks. Signing off and handing completed work over to the client. Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered to. Requirements & Experience
SSSTS or SMSTS. First Aid at Work. Previous experience in the Social Housing Sector as a Manager/Supervisor. Own transport. Benefits
Monday - Friday working week, 40 - 45 hours per week. Long term contract - 12 months but could be extended. £25 per hour CIS or UMB payment. Mileage paid. To Apply
