A large North London based Housing Association is looking for an accomplished Maintenance Supervisor with social housing experience to join their Planned department. Role Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge of planned repairs and maintenance services in housing, including regulation, legislation, health & safety, and best practice. Supervision of the contract ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively. Understanding the use of the Natfed 7.1 SOR codes. Carry out pre-inspections, work in progress (WIP) inspections, and post inspections. Understanding basic building regulations. Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the work sheets given and in a timely manner, meeting all contract KPI targets. Liaising with customers and addressing any queries or issues that may arise. Ensuring works are completed on time and to a high-quality standard. Inspecting and identifying problems. Ensuring all client's expectations are achieved. Ensuring that paperwork and reports are fully completed and submitted in line with the company procedure. Driving from site to site as part of daily duties. Jointly responsible for ensuring the workplace is tidy and safe. Completing time sheets, work sheets, and reports as required. Attending inspections where necessary. Being computer literate and effectively using Excel.
