Maintenance Work Scheduler

Mon-Fri 8.00am - 5.00pm Based: Quedgley, GL2 Salary: 24.5k, 22 days + 8 bank holidays, training, progression. Overtime available. Maintenance works scheduler required for a large maintenance specialist with housing contracts across the South and West country. Working alongside an experienced contracts manager and a friendly team of field-based engineers, you will plan and coordinate engineers for domestic boiler repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance for our clients. Your duties will include: Dealing with field-based engineers via phone and email communications. Arranging service and repair appointments directly with customers and client representatives while scheduling these appointments with the appropriate engineer using our state-of-the-art planning software (Full training will be given). Dealing with enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring that the customer has a positive customer journey. Complying with and supporting company procedures. Requirements: A good understanding of basic Microsoft packages including Excel and MS Teams. Flexibility and adaptability to work under your own initiative and in a busy office environment as part of a team. An ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads.
