Subsistence for those living over 50 miles away (subject to eligibility) is £24,200. Key Skills Required for This Role: Planner About The Role: We're recruiting for a Planner to join our Aylesbury Area. The role will be based from our Aylesbury compound; however, travel will be required throughout the area. As a Planner at EKFB, you will support the Planning function to prioritise and coordinate construction and design activities to maintain delivery of the Aylesbury Section of the C23 Main Civils Works contract. You will build, optimise, and update project plans during project execution, from engineering processes to project handover. Additionally, you will support our Project Managers and Planning Managers in all scheduling-related matters, both internally and externally with the client. Your responsibilities will include obtaining data on project progress across all functions such as procurement, design, logistics, consents, and construction. This will involve data on subcontractors and all project personnel. A key aspect of the role will be to analyse and respond to subcontractors' project plans to set robust contractual baseline schedules, followed by progress monitoring. You must be able to challenge internal and external stakeholders to ensure plans are valid, realistic, and appropriate. You will also need to carry out critical path analysis, providing support to the Planning Manager and Delivery Teams in taking actions to improve and optimise construction project plans. Furthermore, you will articulate the programme in presentations, conference calls, and meetings to internal and external parties. Reports will also be a key part of this role; you must provide timely and accurate reports on planning matters for a range of stakeholders. About The Candidate: You must have experience using Primavera P6. Knowledge of the O365 package. Recognised professional membership such as ICE, APM, or PMP. Planning experience is essential within a private sector organisation. You must hold a full driving license and have access to a vehicle. Managed By:
