Exciting Opportunity: Planner Construction / Housing Our client, a reputable construction & housing company based in Greater Manchester, is seeking a skilled Permanent Planner to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective project plans that facilitate the timely delivery of both construction & housing projects. This role requires a proactive approach and strong organizational skills to ensure that deadlines are met and resources are utilized efficiently. Your experience in construction planning will be invaluable as you collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure all project phases are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans for construction and housing projects. Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain project schedules. Monitor and adjust project schedules as necessary. Utilize planning tools and software effectively. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as a Planner, preferably within the construction or housing sector. Strong knowledge of planning tools and software. Ability to create, monitor, and adjust project schedules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Relevant qualifications in planning, construction, or a related field.
