You will be responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure each project is completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed plans and schedules for construction projects from tender to completion. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and develop contingency plans. Utilise project management software to track project performance and milestones. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and building codes. Participate in project meetings, providing updates on project timelines and progress. Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation. What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum of five years as a Planner for a general contractor in the UK. Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Contract Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with JCT and NEC forms of contracts. Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities; proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Education: A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
