Responsibilities:
Managing a regional area with 20 Operatives
Working alongside another Planner
Booking in works that come from the client for the Operatives
Handling no contact’s calls
Chasing follow-ups
Answering operatives on the operative line
Role Criteria:
Previous Planning experience in social housing repairs
Social housing background
IT Literate
