Production Planner – Join a Leading Engineering Manufacturing Company Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in production planning? Our client, a well-established and highly successful engineering manufacturing company, is seeking a talented Production Planner to join their dynamic Operations team. In this key role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of production and timely delivery of products. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain production schedules Manage stock control to maintain accurate inventory levels and support production needs. Update the ERP system in real time, ensuring that data is current. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, goods in, and commercial functions, to address any potential bottlenecks or issues. Identify and communicate potential issues. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a production planning role within a manufacturing environment. Strong ERP system knowledge is preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
