Your new company Well established and leading contractor, specialising in building facades and envelopes. Your new role Due to a growing order book and continued expansion they are now looking for a Project Planner and will play a crucial role in the Project Team, responsible for the planning, monitoring, and execution of all project phases. As a Project Planner you will ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with contractual obligations, safely, on time, and within budget.

Some key duties to include: Review Tender Strategy and Submission; attend Project Launch Meeting. Finalise Contract Programme and establish baseline monitoring. Develop Target Programmes with Project Team. Ensure logic-linked, coordinated programmes; identify key dates. Identify Key Inspection & Test milestones; establish monitoring processes. Maintain and submit Contract Programme. Implement Contract scope; identify variations and impacts. Ensure competent resources for Building Regulations compliance. Collect and analyse progress data. Liaise with stakeholders for live information and change assessment. Assist in creating project progress reports. Produce planning dashboard reports. Attend programme/progress meetings. Report on Design, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Site Progress. Review design drawings; ensure coordination and installation sequence. Review safety implications of product choices (value engineering). Create and maintain Labour & Plant Histograms. Validate handovers; issue programmes to teams. Capture project output information. Issue programmes to design, commercial, and operations teams. Maintain planning standards.

What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in project planning and scheduling within the construction industry. Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. NEC Contract experience.
