What you’ll do Being a Planner is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be: Working as part of an amazing team who are responsible for the day-to-day planning of Costa Express field teams, ensuring all work is planned based on agreed business priorities Planning ahead – taking a medium to long term view of field workload is essential to ensure you capitalise on any opportunities as well as highlighting challenges ahead Ensuring all Express machines receive planned maintenance visits in line with machine specific requirements Driving machine installation success through pro-active communication with Customer and Contractors as part of the installation journey Clear and regular communication with internal stakeholders, to include Engineers, Brand Excellence Coaches, Express Sales team and Service Team Management Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Proven experience in a planning role using either manual planning or optimised scheduling software Logical thinking and problem-solving skills – you’ll be faced with different planning decisions every day. How you approach these decisions will strongly influence and impact the performance of the teams you plan for The ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels. Strong understanding of MS Excel, with the confidence to pick up new reporting quickly Proven understanding of complex operational processes and the ability to multitask High attention to detail – essential with so many manual processes across the team Stakeholder management with the ability to work across multiple teams.
